NOAH
GOROSPE
Turning identity into a discipline, and helping others do the same.
My Story
I was lost. Boxing gave me a reason to show up. Identity gave me a reason to stay.
Before boxing, I was drifting. No direction, no discipline, no real sense of who I was or what I was capable of. I was losing — not in the ring, but in life. Opportunities slipped. Relationships suffered. I didn't respect myself enough to change.
Then I stepped into the gym. And something in me decided: this is who I'm becoming.
I started training like my life depended on it — because in a way, it did. 13 fights later, leading the WVU Boxing Club, building a business from scratch — none of that existed before I chose to rebuild myself from the ground up.

The Vision
THE IDENTITY LAB ISN'T A PROGRAM.
IT'S A COMMITMENT TO BECOMING.
I didn't build The Identity Lab to be a coach. I built it because I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck in a version of yourself you don't respect — and I couldn't find anyone who actually addressed that. Not just the body. Not just the habits. The identity underneath all of it. There are people out there right now where I was. Capable, but lost. I built this for them.
Transformation isn't a glow-up. It's a decision you make every single day — in the gym, at the table, in the mirror at 5AM when no one's watching. Every client I work with goes through that process. Not a quick fix. Not a surface-level change, rebuilding yourself into someone you actually respect.
The Identity Lab starts with one person at a time. But the vision is bigger — a platform where anyone, anywhere can access the same system that changed my life. Workouts, nutrition, accountability, identity work — all in one place. Built by someone who actually lived it.
